Corporate PRO - $20,000/year
- Logo placement on: player's golf bag, shirt (front and sleeve), hat, and website
- Player representation of sponsor (balls, shirt, hat, golf tees) will be at least 30% of tournaments and selected days of practice
- Player will promote the corporate sponsor by word of mouth and consultation off the golf course
- Player will provide instruction to a selected group of individuals (range or golf course) two times
- Player will carry brochures of corporate sponsor and act as a field marketer

- Sponsor logo will be located on all correspondence sent out by Jay Slough Venture LLC (email, newsletters, etc)
Eagle - $15,000/year
- Logo placement on: player's golf bag, balls, shirt (front and sleeve), hat, and website
- Player representation of sponsor (balls, shirt, hat) will be at least 20% of tournaments and selected days of practice
- Player will promote the corporate sponsor by word of mouth and consultation off the golf course
- Player will provide instruction to a selected group of individuals (range or golf course) one time
- Player will carry brochures of corporate sponsor and act as a field marketer

- Sponsor logo will be located on all correspondence sent out by Jay Slough Venture LLC
Birdie - $10,000year
- Logo placement on: player's golf bag, balls, shirt (front and sleeve), hat, golf tees and website
- Player representation of sponsor (balls, shirt, hat, golf tees) will be at least 10% of tournaments and selected days of practice
- Player will promote the corporate sponsor by word of mouth and consultation off the golf course
- Player will play golf with sponsor upon availability of schedule
- Player will carry brochures of corporate sponsor and act as a field marketer

- Sponsor logo will be located on all correspondence sent out by Jay Slough Venture LLC
Note: Depending upon the amount of corporate sponsors acquired, the % of representation could be higher. Also, I will act as a marketing tool by explaining products and services to all interested parties.
